Lemmy si è preoccupato sempre di mandare messaggi contro la corruzione e la politica. Sono innumerevoli le canzoni che contengono simile messaggi.Come lui stesso ha dichiarato da poco:
"Fra qualche giorno esce il nostro nuovo live The World Is Ours, ma il mondo non è nostro, appartiene alle banche che ce l'hanno rovinato. Non si possono combattere quei bastardi, occupare la City (Wall Street) non serve. Bisognerebbe occupare l'interno delle banche ma credo che ci sparerebbero prima di farlo".
E come diceva spesso in concerto: "Questa è dedicata a tutti gli sporchi bastardi che in questo momento ci stanno derubando: solo perchè avete il potere non significa che avete il diritto di farlo!".

Lemmy has always worried about sending messages against corruption and politics. There are plenty of songs about this matter. As himself declared recently:
